We are a family that has had our share of fighting cancer, and heart disease. We know what affected us during our fight and we want to be able to help those that are going through similar issues that we experienced.
We believe that no one should have to fight cancer, heart disease, or Alzheimer's alone. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to provide resources for patients and their families, as well as to fund research into new treatments and cures. At Torres Strong Inc, we are committed to making a real difference in the lives of those that are battling these diseases. Whether you’re looking for support, or wanting to get involved and help us with our mission, we welcome you to reach out to us.
Mission
Our non-profit charity organization was founded by a group of family and friends who have all witnessed the devastating effects of cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer's. We understand the challenges that come with these illnesses, both for the patients and their families. That's why we've made it our mission to provide much-needed resources, such as free support groups, and assistance for rides to medical appointments, to help alleviate some of the burden on those affected. Additionally, we donate to research institutions with the hope of one day finding a cure.
